  • Project Duration – when you are subject to trial and error, the overall completion of the project may take longer than initially desired. After all, you are solely responsible for the completion time of the construction.

Going with a construction firm is one of the options pursued by the people who want something built. Here are some of its pros and cons:

  • Professional Quality – established construction firms rely on providing clients with superior quality results.

  • Contractual Protection – good firms will always protect themselves and their clients with a contract. Should there be any delays or issues, the contract should protect the client.


Cons



  • Expense – construction jobs by construction firms will cost you a pretty penny. You are after all paying for labor costs, materials, hardware, permits, and so many other things.

  • Fraud – this is something that can happen to pretty much anyone. There are fraudulent firms out there that can fleece you out of a lot of money and leaving you with shoddy workmanship.
